We’ve been renovating the house for just on 10 years this month and each year I’ve dealt with between five and eight contractors, not counting the ones I’ve approached for quotes or advice and suggestions. The broad majority of those experiences have been difficult and tiresome, with varying results.

The SFG team have been amazing. I’ve had clear, concise communication as regular intervals. ALL of my 17 different questions have been answered, sometimes twice or three times and nobody has made me or my family feel silly for asking. You guys were patient, kind, understanding plus incredibly polite and professional in all of our interactions. Considering we started this conversation a year ago with the first quote and only had the gates installed in September 2020, that is saying a lot. Everyone was on time and everything was delivered and installed as and when we were told it would be. I don’t know if you can appreciate how rare that is, but with my extensive experience liaising with contractors over the last decade, I think I’m well placed to say, it’s not the norm with builders/contractors and I’ve never been more pleasantly surprised.

I wanted to take the time to ensure the SFG team truly understand how rare the quality of your service is. Our gates and fence look amazing, so your products and fulfilment of our needs was also brilliant.
